Pangaea – “Global Grub” for the Soul Comes Alive

in Support of The Bridge Youth

Flavors of Southwestern cuisine come alive as Pangaea Chef and Owner Butch Raphael tempts your taste buds with Southwestern stewed Shrimp, Smoked Baby Back Ribs with Cascabel Pepper BBQ Sauce and Chiplote Mussels among many other dishes. To top off the evening, Pangaea offers a unique Cranberry Pound Cake with Spiced Chili Dusted Nuts and Dolce de Leche Ice Cream and several additional treats.

 

Join hosts Marietta Street Artery Association, Atlanta Downtown Neighborhood Association and Home Park Community Improvement Association for an evening with The Bridge Dining Club on Tuesday, May 9, 2006 . The Bridge Dining Club is a partnership that brings together Atlanta ’s culinary talent in support of The Bridge’s efforts to strengthen youth, reconnect families and build community.

 

Pangaea is graciously donating a portion of the dinner proceeds on this special evening to The Bridge. This southwestern culinary experience is presented at a cost of $37 per person. This event is open to the community and reservations are required.

The Bridge has been providing therapeutic services to troubled youth and their families for 36 years.  Their mission is to heal the psychological wounds of Georgia adolescents who have suffered the deprivation of abuse and neglect by providing comprehensive residential treatment and education, family counseling and support, aftercare and community-based programming.
